Extension of due date of filling AOC-4 & MGT-7

Ministry of Corporate Affairs on 29th October, 2019 vide General Circular No. 13/2019 has extended the due date of filling of forms MGT-7 (Annual Return) and AOC-4 (Financial Statements) for the financial year ended 31.03.2019. The extended due dates are 30.11.2019 for AOC-4 and 31.12.2019 for MGT-7, without any levy of additional fee.
